Ivan Nichols' Funeral
2:30 pm on Friday, 10 October 2025 at Holy Trinity Ashby. All Welcome. Ivan was a regular at our 9am service. Please come and support his family and friends. The service (following a private cremation) will be taken by Ivan's neice.

*Minster Community Update
The minutes of the SPCM (Special Parochial Church Meeting) of 6 September are now online and in the church building. A range of concerns were expressed, and the PCC have communicated these (and a few others) to the transition team.
*Trinity Prayer Meeting
7:30 pm on Tuesday, 21 October, in the church building. All Welcome. All are welcome to our next prayer meeting. We will be praying together for our church, our town, our nation and our world, until about 9 pm.
Pub Quiz
7pm on Friday 24 October at St Helen's Heritage Centre, All Welcome. £3 per person. Hotdogs with veggie option.
Eden Fellowship Group
9:30 am, Wednesdays in Church. All are welcome to join us each week in term time for Christian fellowship and Bible Study. This Autumn we will be exploring the theme of Christian Disciplines. Read more...

*Pause for Paws
9:30 am, 1st Saturday at St Helen's. All Welcome. As part of our outreach at St Helens we open the west door of the church on the first Saturday of each month extending a welcome to those passing by and especially dog walkers.
*Volunteer with Ashby Foodbank
Could you volunteer with Ashby Foodbank? The foodbank is looking for new volunteers to join the team, which may involve a regular rota or being available for special events. Training will be provided.
Giving Sunday
Sunday, 2 November. This autumn, we are reviewing our giving. We will have two preparation Sundays, on 19 and 26 October and then ask you to respond before 2 November.
Annie's Baptism
10:30 am, Sunday 2nd November at Holy Trinity Ashby. All Welcome. Annie would like to receive the Holy Spirit and be baptised. We are so excited and would love for you to share this moment with her. Please do stay after for Cakes. Gemma and James.
Youth Brunch
10:30 am, Sunday, 5 October at Holy Trinity Ashby. KS3 Welcome. Youth Brunch is running on Sunday (5th Oct). Young people in KS3 will be invited into the Vestry after the first Hymn for food, fellowship and an opportunity to get to know more of Jesus
*Remembrance Sunday
9:30am on Sunday, 9 November at Holy Trinity Ashby. All Welcome. On Remembrance Sunday, we have just one morning service, and we welcome the younger uniformed groups, their families and friends. Most adults will be seated upstairs. Please come early.
TLG Update
The team of Early Intervention coaches from Holy Trinity Ashby are now regularly going into Ashby C of E school for coaching sessions with individual children. If you would like to know more and how you can support this work, please email Sue Johnson
